In the process of WCDMA special optimization project organized by Liaoning Panjin branch of CHINA UNICOM from May to June, 2010, as cooperative partner of ZTC Corporation, HANGZHOU HUAXING CHUANGYE COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. worked hard and serious in the optimization project. They dare to be creative and smoothly finished ten special reports. Besides, they also provided our staffs with technological trainings to greatly improve the network quality and technological abilities of our staffs.

We’d like to express our sincere gratitude to the technology team lead by Lihua, the technological director, and Wubin, the project manager. They were not afraid of hard work and dedicated to the project.
