Assisted by all management and staff of the company, 2010 project resident integrated manager training of HUAXING CHUANGYE completely finished a few days ago.

Aimed at common doubtful points and difficulties in daily work of project resident integrated manager, adopting various forms such as system preaching, theory studying, work discussing, communication and discuss, activities for developing friendship and so on, the training hope to raise degree of mutual recognition and trust of organizer and participants. The core objective of the training is that each project resident integrated manager obtains accurate self- professional identity and have a clear and tangible understanding of the job content, programme area, responsibility and objective of the new job so as to establish good occupational planning. The training had the great honor to invite GM Chen Jingguang, GM Qu Zhensheng, Deputy GM Shang Xinchun and other managers of relevant departments to address, give lectures and answer questions. The training is a good demonstration of high degree of attention and support from headquarter to the job of each program resident.

In the coming period, integrated managers being trained will mainly assist the administrative center to build strategic deployment of localization, especially in the aspects of staff and equipment management. At the same time, they also have to finish works assigned by project executive department, financial management center and sales and marketing department.
