    In the TD-SCDMA network optimization of Hangzhou, under the leadership of Zhang Hanghui, the project manager, equipped with excellent technological skills and service awareness, network optimization engineers of HUAXING such as Luo Maojian, Ding Jianfeng, Li Changshu, Han Lei, and Fan Qingyu and so on provided us with quality optimization service all along. We’d like to express our sincerely gratitude to all members of optimization team of HUAXING.

   Engineers of HUAXING shouldered the hardest job of this TD optimization project. They were unanimous between the higher and lower levels and worked extra shifts to steadily improve the network index. The team contributed a lot to the improvement of the whole index of Hangzhou TD network. We hope that HUAXING will participate in more optimization projects of Hangzhou TD network to improve network quality of Hangzhou through great cooperation.
