The company held a semi-closed training for new staffs from March 3, 2010 to April 30, 2010. There were 64 students participated in the training.

    The content of training, including GSM theory, antenna and reconnaissance, drive test analysis, planning and network optimization procedure, TD-SCDMA theory, TD-SCDMA signaling and drive test analysis, WCDMA, FLYNET software and so on, is complete and specific. 

    Students kept a correct attitude on study. Any doubts will be raised actively. The class enjoyed a good interactive atmosphere. Besides, the company also arranged a lot of practical courses such as hands-on instruction on the roof with airfield equipments, and arrangement of software stalling, testing and data analysis. The training is very effective through integrating theory with practice.

   Management of the company also paid great attention to the training. Mr. Li and others had attended the training for many times to give lectures and answer questions. It is believed that the new staffs will infuse new power for the development of the company.
