In Feb., 2010, Chendu Agent won the honorary title of “excellent cooperative unit of 2009”, awarded by Chendu Branch of China Mobile.

Directed towards the optimization work of 2009, adhering to the concept of “customer utmost, trustworthy service”, Chendu Agent established daily optimization group, special optimization group, communication support group and group of “fight courageously for 100 days to thoroughly improve network quality of Chendu” separately. Project groups cooperated with each other to create excellent optimization effect. Coverage rate reached around 99.5%. Quality of speech reached more than 94%. Cutting off rate decreased to 1%. Network quality of Chendu had been thoroughly improved and there were no customer complaint. Such a good performance won highly approval and praise from Chendu Branch of China Mobil.
